The organization New Trading NS LLC - Food Tank Cleaning, Zmajevo is committed to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QA), Food / Feed Safety (FS), Safety and Health at work (Safety & Health-S&H), Environment-E, Security-Sec and Corporate Social Responsibility.
We consider the quality of the work process as the basis for competitiveness and success in the market in the field of road transport and washing of tanks for transportation of food and animal feed and products in contact with food intended for use in the food industry.
Our policies and goals are:

- • Application of good hygiene (GHP), good manufacturing practice (GMP) and HACCP principles in the implementation of tank cleaning services, through the use of modern materials intended for use in the food industry with consistent application of environmental principles and good practices in quality control and emissions to water, land and air
- • Identification of hazards and risks for occupational safety and health and continuous training through the application of Behavior Based Safety (BBS) principles to increase safety and reduce the likelihood of incidents occurring during the implementation of transport and tank cleaning services.
- • Full commitment to ban alcohol and drugs through constant use and regular checks to ensure that this ban is consistently respected by all employees.
- • The safety of products, employees, equipment and the confidentiality of information from theft, unintentional destruction and / or incidents are ensured through the identification of security risks, the definition of security measures, and the application of surveillance and access control equipment. All employees are required to follow the information security and confidentiality instructions in the documentation and during the exchange via IT equipment.
- • Continuous work on the development of plans for reducing the environmental impact during the implementation of business activities through the implementation of proactive measures for rational and efficient use of resources (fuels, electricity, water…), reducing pollutant emissions into the air and procurement of state-of-the-art types of transport and equipment for washing tanks
- • Continuous training and training of employees to acquire new knowledge and raise awareness of all employees about the importance of implementing quality management systems, product-food / feed safety, safety and health at work, environmental protection, safety and socially responsible business
- • Cause analysis, reporting of nonconformities related to quality management systems, product-food / feed safety, occupational safety and health, environmental protection, safety and socially responsible business, and defining measures to reduce the risk of such and / or similar nonconformities.
- • Consistent respect for human rights, the provision of working conditions, respect for hours worked, the prohibition of discrimination, freedom of employment and the prohibition of work of people below the minimum legal limit are the basis for the advancement of the world around us, which has its human, social and environmental dimension through socially responsible business.
